Luk 12:22 Then He said to His disciples, "Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; nor about the body, what you will put on. this is so important it's repeated!!! twice makes a witness, so again i say, no worrying about these things!!!
Rom 13:12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. you have to cast off and cast out the works of darkness before you put on the armor of light!!! so many times, we just want to put our faith on top of our fears and wonder why nothing ever goes right...or our righteousness on top of our sins...and it just doesn't work thay way!!! Yeshua will be your Light after you've dealt with the darkness - the things that keep us bound...
Rom 13:14 But put on Messiah Yeshua, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts. how do you make no provision for your flesh??? how do you avaoid fulfilling the lusts of your flesh??? by putting on Messiah Yeshua each and every day like clock work!!! should be the first thing we do every morning!
1Co 15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
1Co 15:54 So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: "Death is swallowed up in victory." this is a fancy way of saying i am crucified with Messiah - it is no longer i who is living, but Messiah Yeshua living in me!!! i walk according to the Spirit, the Ruach Hakodesh, so as to not fulfill the lusts of the flesh; i buffet my body; i mortify the deeds of my body...i deny myself daily and take up my stake and follow hard after Messiah!!!
Gal 3:27 For as many of you as were baptized into Messiah Yeshua have put on Messiah. part of the formula for putting on Messiah??? the mikveh, the baptismal pool - the declaration that i am dead to the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life; that i am crucified daily; i am denied daily - it is no longer i living but Messiah Yeshua living in me!!!
Eph 4:24 and that you put on the new man which was created according to YHVH, in true righteousness and holiness. the old things, the former ways have passed away...putting on the new man is a choice we make every day - we behold the new as the old is passed away...
Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armor of YHWH, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. the helmet that covers your head and your mind; the breatplate that covers your heart and soul; the belt of truth - the Word of G-d that holds you up and sustains you like daily bread; feet that move you forward covered in shalom, the blessed peace of Messiah, the Sar Shalom; the shield of faith that protects your spirit and the sword of the Spirit that divides between soul and spirit, bone and marrow and the thoughts and the intents of the heart!!!
Eph 6:14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, put it on so that sin nevers gets a foothold!!!
Col 3:10 and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him, the new man renewed in wisdom and knowledge - the new man redeemed according to the image and likeness of Elohim, our Creator...if there's a new man renewed, that's much more promising than just being a new man or woman only...receive it all from HIM!!!
Col 3:12 Therefore, as the elect of YHVH, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; Col 3:13 forbearing one another and forgiving yourselves, if anyone has a complaint against any. As Christ forgave you, so also you do. wow, what beautiful attire this is to meditate on...what a gorgeous, heavenly wardrobe...seems to me tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, long suffering and forbearing one another preceeds forgiving yourself...maybe that's why it's so hard for folks to forgive...they've not put on the necessary attitude adjustments and characteristics of Messiah...
and finally...
Col 3:14 But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. love like 1st corinthians love in chapter 13...

this week's blog...

felt led to share a scriptural message in itself this week...as a teacher of our Sovereign's Word, more often than not, HE doesn't need anyone to teach - He just needs students ready, willing and able to listen and learn! so as i enjoy my afternoon tea in Messiah, here we go...
Eph 1:1 Sha’ul, an emissary of יהושע Messiah by the desire of Elohim, to the set-apart ones who are in Ephesos, and true to Messiah יהושע: to those of you here with open eyes, ears and hearts...
Eph 1:2 Favour to you and peace from Elohim our Father and the Master יהושע Messiah.
Eph 1:3 Blessed be the Elohim and Father of our Master יהושע Messiah, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenlies in Messiah, #1 we are blessed
Eph 1:4 even as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be set-apart and blameless before Him in love, #2 we are chosen, set apart and blameless before HIM
Eph 1:5 having previously ordained us to adoption as sons through יהושע Messiah to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His desire, # 3 we are ordained as sons
Eph 1:6 to the praise of the esteem of His favour with which He favoured us in the Beloved, # 4 we are favored
Eph 1:7 in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of trespasses, according to the riches of His favour, #5 we are redeemed and forgiven
Eph 1:8 which He has lavished on us in all wisdom and insight, #6 we are lavished with ALL (not some or a little) wisdom and insight
Eph 1:9 having made known to us the secret of His desire, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Him, #7 we know the secret of His desire - His will for us
Eph 1:10 to administer at the completion of time, to gather together in one all in Messiah, both which are in the heavens and which are on earth, in Him,
Eph 1:11 in whom also we did obtain an inheritance, being previously ordained according to the purpose of Him working all matters according to the counsel of His desire, #8 we are His inheritance and He is ours
Eph 1:12 for us to be the praise of His esteem – those having first trusted in Messiah,
Eph 1:13 in whom you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your deliverance, in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Set-apart Spirit of promise, #9 we are sealed in HIM
Eph 1:14 who is the pledge of our inheritance, until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His esteem.
Eph 1:15 For this reason I too, having heard of your belief in the Master יהושע and your love for all the set-apart ones,
Eph 1:16 do not cease giving thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers,
Eph 1:17 that the Elohim of our Master יהושע Messiah, the Father of esteem, would give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, #10 we have the spirit of wisdom and revelation
Eph 1:18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened, so that you know what is the expectation of His calling, and what are the riches of the esteem of His inheritance in the set-apart ones, #11 we have eyes that are opened, #12 we know what the expectation of His calling is and we know the riches of our inheritance in HIM
Eph 1:19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who are believing, according to the working of His mighty strength,
Eph 1:20 which He wrought in the Messiah when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenlies,
Eph 1:21 far above all rule and authority and power and mastery, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.
Eph 1:22 And He put all under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all, to the assembly,
Eph 1:23 which is His body, the completeness of Him who fills all in all.
so my prayer is that you enjoy this Scripture study and walk according to all of HIS promises today!

hello out there!!!!
well, it's been some time since i've blogged so i pulled together some of my teachings from Adonai in order to get them posted.
He has, of course, been faithfully feeding me fresh bread from heaven as i seek Him, but my prayer is, some of those teachings get preached and taught from the bema!
one thing He taught me was this:
ALL OF THE HOLY WRITINGS ARE DIVINELY BREATHED INTO - FROM ELOHIM TO MAN; THEY ARE PROFITABLE, ADVANTAGEOUS, HELPFUL AND SERVICEABLE FOR DOCTRINE, INSTRUCTION, LEARNING AND TEACHING; FOR REPROOF, CONVICTION, AND EVIDENCE OF TRUTH: FOR CORRECTION, BEING STRAIGHTENED UP AND BEING STRAIGHTENED OUT, FOR RECTIFICATION AND REFORMATION; FOR INSTRUCTION, TUTORING, EDUCATION, TRAINING, DISCIPLINARY CORRECTION, CHASTISEMENT AND NURTURING; IN RIGHTEOUSNESS - DOING THE RIGHT THINGS - REJECTING THE WRONG AND CHOOSING THE RIGHT AND THEN DOING IT...THAT THE MAN OF G-D MAY BE PERFECT - MATURE, THOROUGHLY FURNISHED UNTO ALL GOOD WORKS. 2 TIM. 3:16, 17
so now, we're going to look at a verse that repeats itself in scripture and prayerfully someone will read the verses quoted and Adonai will tuck them away into your spirit for such a time as this...
2011 two thousand eleven rhymes with heaven, seven, leaven and revvin...so rev up your engines seven times seven, let's run over and destroy the leaven in our lives and live according to heaven this year!
the phrase "whatever you ask..." here we go...
matthew 21:22 whatever you ask in My Name, believing, you shall receive...
we ask, we believe, we receive...
john 15:15 You did not choose Me (Yeshua), but i chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, so that whatever you ask the Father in My Name He might give you...
you are chosen and appointed to bear everlasting fruit! when your fruit is evident, you can be sure what you ask the Father for may be given!
john 14:13 and whatever you ask in My Name, that i shall do in order that the Father might be esteemed in the Son...
what you ask for must glorify and bring glory to your Heavenly Father!
john 14:14 if you ask whatever in My Name, i shall do it...
"whatever" seems to be a youth culture lingo - clean your room, whatever...do your homework, whatever...no you can't borrow the car, whatever...
perhaps we should remind our children what Yeshua says about "whatever" because it is such a subtle form of disrespect and rebellion...
He is saying here, whatever you ask, i shall do!!! brings new light to whatever and the all inclusive attitude that goes along with it!
john 15:7 if you stay in Me and My Words stay in you, you shall ask whatever you wish, and it shall be done for you...
well, here's the big clue, stay in HIM and stay in THE WORD!!! meaning eat, live, breathe, sleep, work, praise, worship, pray...24/7/365 and you can pretty much count on HIM being the L-rd of His Word!
john 16:23 and in that day, you shall ask Me none at all. truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My Name He shall give you.
you've got a double "truly" here - almost like Yeshua saying "yes, this is true! yes, this is true!!!
john 16:24 until now you have ask naught in My Name. ask, and you shall receive, in order that your joy might be complete.
you have not because you ask not, simple as that...if you want joy, you must have faith and ask in His Name!
mark 11:24 because of this I say to you, whatever you ask when you pray, believe that you will receive them and you will have them...
witness to asking, believing, receiving...
1 john 5:15 and if we know that He (YHVH) hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions we have asked of Him...
you have to know and have faith the Father listens to you and hears what you are asking HIM!
1 john 5:14 and this is the boldness we have in HIM, that if we ask according to HIS desire, He hears us...
what is the boldness? that we seek to know His will in every situation...
whatever we ask...i will always end with - hey! HE said it - i just enlightened it!
