Luk 9:60 But Yeshua said to him, Leave the dead to bury their dead, but going out, you announce the kingdom of YAHWEH.
Luk 9:61 And also another said, I will follow You, Master, but first allow me to take leave of those in my house.
Luk 9:62 But Yeshua said to him, No man places his hand upon the handle of a plough and looks backwards and is useful to the kingdom of YAHWEH.
FIRST THINGS FIRST...
#1. no one who looks back is fit for the kingdom of Yvhv...
Php 3:18 For many walk as enemies to the torture stake of Messiah, of whom I often told you, and now even weeping I say it,
Php 3:19 whose end is destruction, whose god is their belly, and who glory in their shame, the ones thinking on earthly things.
Php 3:20 For our citizenship is in Heaven, from where we also wait (and looking for) the Savior, the Master Yeshua Messiah,
Php 3:21 who will transform our body of humiliation, to the likeness of His glorious body, according to His mighty power to be able even to subject all things under Himself.
#2. as a current citizen of heaven, do look forward to, and be found waiting expectantly for, our Savior, our Master and our Anointed One, Yeshua Hamashiach!
Tit 2:12 instructing us that having denied unrighteousness and worldly lusts, we should live discreetly and righteously and holy in the present age,
Tit 2:13 looking for the blessed hope and appearance of the glory of our great Elohim and Savior Yeshua Messiah,
Tit 2:14 who gave Himself on our behalf, "That He might redeem us from all lawlessness and purify a special people for Himself, zealous of good works." (Psa. 130:8; Eze. 37:23; Deut. 14:2)
Tit 2:15 These things speak and exhort and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you.
#3. do look for the Blessed Hope, and the Appearance of the glory of our Great G-d, Elohim, and Savior, Yeshua Hamashiach, the Anointed Messiah!
Heb 12:2 looking to the Author and perfecter of our faith, Yeshua, who for the joy set before Him endured the torture stake, despising the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of YAHWEH. (Psa. 110:1)
#4. Do look to the Author and Perfecter of our faith, Messiah Yeshua!
Heb 12:15 (Watching) diligently (looking) that not any lack from the grace of YAHWEH, that "no root of bitterness growing up" may crowd "in on you", and through this many are defiled; (Deut. 29:18)
Heb 12:16 That not any fornicator, or profane one, as Esau, who for one meal gave up his birthright;
Heb 12:17 for you know also that afterwards desiring to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place of repentance, although seeking it out with tears. (Gen. 27:36-39)
#5. Do watch and look diligently that you lack no grace from YHVH!
2Pe 3:11 Now since all these being are about to be dissolved, what sort of person ought you to be in holy behavior and righteousness,
2Pe 3:12 looking for and longing for the coming of the Day of YAHWEH, through which the heavens having been set afire will be dissolved; and burning, the elements will melt?
2Pe 3:13 But according to His promise, we look for "New heavens and a new earth," in which righteousness dwells. (Isa. 65:17)
2Pe 3:14 Because of this, beloved, looking for these things, be diligent, spotless, and without blemish, that you may be found by Him in peace.
#6. Do look for, and long for, the coming of the Day of Yhvh!!!
#7. Do look for a new Heavens and a new earth!
These are the things we should be spending our time looking for in 2013! Won't you be found looking for them???
