"BAWTSAH" - Yhvh fulfills; we fulfill...

(YHVH) Psa 20:4 He will give you according to your heart and He will fulfill all your plans.

(YHVH) Psa 20:5 We will rejoice in your Y'shua*, and in the name of our Elohim set up banners; may YAHWEH fulfill all your prayers.

(YHVH) Psa 145:19 He will fulfill the desire of the ones who fear Him; and He will hear their cry and save them.

(US) Ecc 5:4 When you vow a vow to Elohim, do not wait to fulfill it. For He has no pleasure in fools. Fulfill that which you have vowed.
Ecc 5:5 It is better that you should not vow, than that you should vow and not fulfill it.

(YHVH) Jer 33:14 Behold, the days come, says YAHWEH, that I will fulfill the good thing which I have promised to the house of Israel and to the house of Judah.

(US) Jon 2:9 but I will sacrifice to You with the voice of thanksgiving; I will fulfill that which I have vowed. Salvation belongs to YAHWEH!

(US) Rom 2:25 For circumcision is only profitable if you fulfill the Torah, but if you are a transgressor of Torah, your circumcision becomes uncircumcision.

(YHVH) Rom 4:21 and felt assured, that what YAHWEH had promised to him, he was able to fulfill.

YHVH:

fulfills all of our plans; fulfills all of our prayers; fulfills the desires of those who fear Him; fulfills the good things He's promised to us; fulfills His promises to us; fulfills all of our desires for goodness...

US:

fulfill our vows to YHVH; fulfill the TORAH; fulfill our ministries; fulfill the royal TORAH, to love our neighbors as ourselves...notice it says the "royal Torah" - Yeshua says "on these two commandments...
