(YHVH) Psa 20:5 We will
rejoice in your Y'shua*, and in the name of our Elohim set up banners; may YAHWEH fulfill all your prayers.
(YHVH) Psa 145:19 He will fulfill the desire of the ones who fear Him; and He will hear their cry and save them.
(US) Ecc 5:4 When you vow a vow to Elohim, do not wait to fulfill it. For
He has no pleasure in fools. Fulfill that which you have vowed.

to us; fulfills all of our desires for goodness...
US:
fulfill
our vows to YHVH; fulfill the TORAH; fulfill our ministries; fulfill the royal
TORAH, to love our neighbors as ourselves...notice it says the "royal Torah" - Yeshua says "on these two commandments...
