GOLD AND SILVER...

Exo 3:1 And Moses was tending the flock of his father-in-law Jethro, the priest of Midian. And he led the flock behind the wilderness and came to the mountain of the Elohim, to Horeb.
MOSES WAS MINDING HIS BUSINESS, DOING HIS JOB...

Exo 3:2 And the Messenger of YAHWEH appeared to him in a flame of fire from the middle of a thorn bush. And he looked, and behold, the thorn bush was burning with fire, and the thorn bush was not burned up!

YAHWEH IS REDEEMING THE THORN BUSH FROM ADAM'S SIN...

Exo 3:3 And Moses said, I will turn aside now and see this great sight, why the thorn bush is not burned up.

IT GETS THE BEST OF MOSES, HE LEAVES HIS POST AND HE GOES TO SEE THIS PHENOMENAN!

Exo 3:4 And YAHWEH saw that he turned aside to see, and Elohim called to him from the midst of the thorn bush, and said, Moses! Moses! And he said, I am here.

FROM THE VERY THORN BUSH YAHWEH CURSED ADAM WITH, HE NOW CALLS OUT TO MOSES FROM!

Exo 3:5 And He said, Do not come near here. Pull off your sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground.

THIS IS THE HOLY GROUND, THE VERY ALTAR OF YAHWEH...

Exo 3:6 And He said, I am the Elohim of your fathers, the Elohim of Abraham, the Elohim of Isaac, and the Elohim of Jacob. And Moses hid his face, for he feared to look upon the Elohim.

YAHWEH IDENTIFIES HIMSELF - HE IS G-D AND ELOHIM (CREATOR) OF MOSES LIFE...

Exo 3:7 And YAHWEH said, Surely, I have seen the affliction of My people who are in Egypt, and I have heard their cry from before their taskmasters; for I know his sorrows.

YAHWEH TELLS MOSES I SEE MY CHILDREN'S AFFLICTIONS, I HEAR THEIR CRIES BEFORE THEIR TASKMASTERS AND I KNOW MY CHILDREN'S SORROW...

Exo 3:8 And I have come down to deliver them from the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and broad land, to a land flowing with milk and honey; to the place of the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Amorite, and the Perizzite and the Hivite and the Jebusite.

YAHWEH TELLS MOSES HE IS COMING DOWN TO DELIVER HIS CHILDREN - HE IS BRINGING THEM UP TO A GOOD, BROAD LAND, TO A LAND FLOWING WITH MILK AND HONEY...

Exo 3:9 And now, behold, the cry of the sons of Israel has come to Me, and I also have seen the oppression with which the Egyptians are oppressing them.

YAHWEH REITERATES HE HAS HEARD THE CRIES OF HIS CHILDREN AND HAS SEEN THEIR OPPRESSION!

Exo 3:10 And now, come, and I will send you to Pharaoh, and you bring My people out, the sons of Israel out of Egypt.

NOW YAHWEH CALLS MOSES TO COME FORTH TO BE THE DELIVERER OF YAHWEH'S CHILDREN...

Exo 3:11 And Moses said to the Elohim, Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring out the sons of Israel from Egypt?

OF COURSE, MOSES SHRINKS WITH SELF-DOUBT AND LACK OF CONFIDENCE....

Exo 3:12 And He said, I will be with you, and this shall be the sign for you that I have sent you, when you bring out the people from Egypt: You shall serve Elohim on this mountain.

YAHWEH ASSURES MOSES, HE WILL BE WITH HIM EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AND MOSES WILL SERVE YAHWEH THE REST OF HIS DAYS...

Exo 3:13 And Moses said to the Elohim, Behold, I shall come to the sons of Israel and say to them, the Elohe of your fathers has sent me to you; and they will say to me, What is His name? What shall I say to them?

Exo 3:14 And Elohim said to Moses, EHYAH ASHER EHYAH (I AM THAT I AM); and He said, You shall say this to the sons of Israel, EHYAH (I AM) has sent me to you.
YAHWEH ASSURES MOSES "I AM" ALL THAT YOU COULD EVER POSSIBLY WANT OR NEED OR DESIRE...

Exo 3:15 And Elohim said to Moses again, You shall say this to the sons of Israel, YAHWEH, the Elohe of your fathers, the Elohe of Abraham, the Elohe of Isaac, and the Elohe of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is how I should be remembered from generation to generation.

Exo 3:16 Go, and gather the elders of Israel and say to them, YAHWEH, the Elohe of your fathers has appeared to me, the Elohe of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying, visiting I have visited you and have seen what is done to you in Egypt.
Exo 3:17 And I have said, I will bring you up from the affliction of Egypt to the land of the Canaanite, the Hittite, and the Amorite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite; to a land flowing with milk and honey.
YAHWEH TELLS MOSES EXACTLY WHAT HE WILL SAY TO YAHWEH'S CHILDREN...THAT HE IS GOING TO DELIVER THEM FROM ALL OF THEIR AFFLICTIONS...

Exo 3:18 And they shall listen to your voice; and you shall come in, you and the elders of Israel to the king of Egypt. And you shall say to him, YAHWEH, the Elohe of the Hebrews has met us; and now, please let us go for a journey of three days into the wilderness, and let us sacrifice to YAHWEH our Elohim.

YAHWEH ASSURES MOSES HIS CHILDREN WILL LISTEN TO HIM...

Exo 3:19 And I know that the king of Egypt will not permit you to go, not even by a strong hand.
YAHWEH ALSO ASSURES MOSES HE ALREADY KNOWS THE KING OF EGYPT WILL REBEL AND RESIST, BUT HE HAS THE DELIVERANCE IN THE PALM OF HIS HAND...

Exo 3:20 And I will stretch out My hand and strike Egypt with all My wonders, which I will do in its midst, and afterward he will send you away.

YAHWEH TELLS MOSES THAT HE HIMSELF WILL STRIKE EGYPT WITH ALL OF HIS SIGNS AND WONDERS AND THAT EVENTUALLY THE KING OF EGYPT WILL GIVE IN AND LET YAHWEH'S CHILDREN GO...

Exo 3:21 And I will give this people favor in the eyes of Egypt; and it shall be, when you go, you will not go empty.

YAHWEH THEN TELLS MOSES HE WILL GIVE HIS CHILDREN FAVOR AND THEY WILL NOT LEAVE EGYPT EMPTY HANDED...400 YEARS OF SLAVERY WILL BE RETURNED WITH INTEREST...

Exo 3:22 And each woman shall ask of her neighbor, and from the stranger in her house, articles of silver, and articles of gold, and garments; and you shall put these on your sons and on your daughters. And you shall plunder Egypt.

YAHWEH TELLS MOSES EACH WOMAN OF EACH HOUSE WILL ASK FOR SILVER, GOLD, CLOTHING, ETC. AND THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL WILL GO OUT IN MORE PLUNDER, IN MORE BLESSING AND IN MORE FAVOR THAN THEY COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE, ASK OR THINK!!!

THIS IS A PICTURE OF SALVATION, DELIVERANCE, HEALING, FAVOR AND BLESSING FOR EACH OF US A CHILDREN OF YAHWEH...THROUGH MESSIAH YESHUA...

HE COMES TO EACH OF US JUST THE WAY WE ARE AND TELLS US HE KNOWS OF OUR LOT IN LIFE, OUR SITUATION, OUR MESS...AND ASSURES US OF HIS INTENTION TO SAVE US...

THEN HE ASSURES US OF HIS INTENTION TO BURN AWAY ALL THE DROSS OF SIN AND FLESH  IN THE FIRE OF HIS RUACH HAKODESH - HIS HOLY SPIRIT...

THEN HE ASSURES EACH OF US, HE WILL BE THE ONE LEADING US TO GLORY...TO HIS PROMISED LAND, IF ONLY WE WILL TRUST HIM AND BELIEVE...

HE EVEN REMINDS US, IT'S NOT GOING TO BE EASY, BECAUSE THE WORLD AND ALL OF ITS TREASURES, PLEASURES AND PAINS WILL NOT WANT TO LET GO OF US - THAT THE ENEMY OF OUR SOUL WANTS NOTHING MORE BUT TO KEEP US IN THE BONDAGES OF LIFE...

YET YAHWEH/YESHUA WILL FIGHT FOR US AND SET US FREE! HALLELUYAH! AND WHEN WE LEAVE THE OLD WAYS BEHIND, WHEN WE LEAVE THIS WORLD TO FOLLOW HARD AFTER HIM, WE WON'T GO AWAY EMPTY-HANDED...

EVERYTHING THE ENEMY STOLE FROM US IN OUR WORLDY WAYS AND IN OUR BONDAGES, YAHWEH/YESHUA WILL GIVE BACK TO US IN GOLD AND SILVER AND RAIMENT! (NOT TO MENTION, THE ENEMY HAS TO RESTORE TO US SEVEN TIMES WHAT HE HAS STOLEN!!!)

SO MANY TIMES...IN OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH MESSIAH - WE WALK AWAY, SET FREE FROM SIN, THE FLESH AND ITS BONDAGES, AND WE REJOICE AT THAT JUNCTURE, AND GO NO FARTHER...

WHEN YAHWEH, IN HIS LOVE AND FAVOR, SAYS WE DON'T LEAVE THE OLD WAY OF LIFE EMPTY-HANDED! WE NEED TO MAKE SURE WE GO AND TELL THOSE WHO WERE OUR OPPRESSERS AND TASKMASTERS, TO GIVE TO US GOLD AND SILVER AND RAIMENT! THEN BELIEVE, RECEIVE AND EXPECT THOSE BLESSINGS AND YAHWEH'S FAVOR TO FLOW!
