in the beginning, in the middle, in the end...

thoughts to ponder from beresheit...

1. avraham was the 1st patriarch - and he heeded Torah;

2. Torah was given to Avraham and to His seed first, which would later become known as Israel...

(Gen 26:5 because Avraham listened to My voice and heeded My charge, My commandments, My statutes, and My Torah...)

3. Israel is the first nation to accept the yoke of Torah; and YHVH tests them to see if they prefer physical bread over spiritual bread...

(Exo 16:4 And YAHWEH said to Moses, Behold, I AM will rain bread from the heavens for you. And the people shall go out and gather the matter of a day in its day, so that I may test them, whether they will walk in My Torah or not...)

4. Israel readily accepts the yoke of YHVH'S Kingdom and His Torah;

(Exo 19:8 And all the people answered together and said, All which YAHWEH has spoken we will do. And Moses brought back the words of the people to YAHWEH...)

so...YHVH; Torah is first; given to the first Patriarch Avraham; given to the first nation, Israel, and they are dependent on each other - Torah needs Israel and Israel needs Torah, and the universe needs them both to exist!

5. it's also interesting to note that Torah was given on Shavu'ot, and the Ruach Hakodesh was also given on Shavu'ot several generations later in the month of Sivan, (which could have also been about the time Mashiach was born based on His conception in Elul, but that is still only my opinion...)
but it makes for interesting ponderance...

Elul is the 6th month, Shavu'ot is the sixth day, and on the 6th day of Creation, YHVH said...

(Gen 1:31 And Elohim saw everything that He had made, and, behold, it was tov me'od (very good). And the erev and the boker were Yom Shishi (Day Six, the Sixth Day)...

YHVH - Torah - Israel;  with the the Ruach and Yeshua - in the beginning, in the middle and in the end...what a panorama His Word truly is!
