THE FLAMING SWORD AND BURNING LAMP!

Exo 19:16 And on the third day, it being morning, it happened: There were thunders and lightnings, (FLASHING SWORD) and a heavy cloud on the mountain, and the sound of a ram's horn, very strong! And all the people in the camp trembled.

(Heb 4:12 For the Word of YAHWEH is living, and powerfully working, and sharper than every two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of both soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow and bones, and able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart...)

Exo 19:17 And Moses caused the people to go up from the camp to meet The Elohim. And they took their stand at the lower part of the mountain.
Exo 19:18 And the mountain of Sinai was smoking, all of it, because YAHWEH came down on it in fire. And its smoke went up like the smoke of a furnace; and the mountain quaked exceedingly.
Exo 19:19 And it happened while the sound of the ram's horn was sounding, and becoming very strong, Moses spoke. And Elohim answered him by a voice.
Exo 19:20 And YAHWEH came down on the mountain of Sinai, to the top of the mountain; and YAHWEH called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up...

Exo 20:18 And all the people saw the thunders, and the lightnings, (BURNING LAMP) and the sound of the ram's horn, and the smoking mountain. And the people looked, and they trembled, and they stood from a distance.

(Psa 119:105 NUN: Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path...
Psa 119:106 I have sworn and I rise to it, to keep Your righteous judgments...)

Exo 20:19 And they said to Moses, You speak with us, and we will hear. And let us not speak with Elohim that we not die.
Exo 20:20 And Moses said to the people, Do not be afraid, for Elohim has come in order to test you, and so that His fear may be on your faces, that you may not sin.
Exo 20:21 And the people stood from a distance, and Moses went near the thick darkness where Elohim was...

WHEN WE STUDY THESE VERSES IN SCRIPTURE, WE SEE A TIME WHEN ONE HAD TO PRESS IN TO Y'HOVAH THROUGH THUNDERS, LIGHTINGS, HEAVY CLOUDS, LOUD SHOFARS BLASTING EXCEEDINGLY, SMOKE, SMOKING FURNACES, MOUNTAINS QUAKING, AND FIRE...
IT IS NO WONDER THE YISRAELITES BEGAN THEIR VISITATION TAKING THEIR STAND AT THE LOWER PART OF THE MOUNTAIN...AND AFTER LOOKING AND SEEING, BEGAN TO TREMBLE AND THEN STOOD FROM A DISTANCE...
HOWEVER...

Joh 14:6 Yeshua said to him, I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me...

Jas 4:7 Then submit to YAHWEH. Resist the Devil, and he will flee from you.
Jas 4:8 Draw near to YAHWEH, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, sinners! And purify your hearts, double minded ones!
Jas 4:9 Be distressed, and mourn, and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy into shame.
Jas 4:10 Be humbled before YAHWEH, and He will exalt you...

YESHUA, THE WAY OF HIS WORD = THE FLAMING SWORD AND BURNING LAMP, THE WAY OF SUBMISSION AND THE WAY OF HUMILITY WILL ALWAYS TAKE US INTO THE VERY PRESENCE OF Y'HOVAH...BUT WE STILL NEED TO PRESS IN...AND PRESS THROUGH!!!
