elul

on the hebrew calendar, today begins the month of elul - the time for repentance, the time for reflection, the time for making things in and around your life right and it is also the time for forgiveness...and it all begins with us individually, then corporately.
so begin to take some time to really examine your mind, your body, your soul and your spirit - the bible is very clear - a human being is made up of body, soul and spirit - 3/3 = and while 2/3 of us are wonderfully and fearfully made...1/3 of us can get us into a whole heap of trouble!
the bible also is very clear we have a natural nature, a carnal nature, an earthly nature and a divine or spiritual nature which takes mathematics a bit farther...4/4 = and while 1/4 of us is fearfully and wonderfully made, 3/4 of us can also get into us into a whole other heap of trouble!
and while the fruit of the Spirit is a progression - love comes first, then joy second, peace third, patience fourth, kindness fifth, goodness sixth, meekness seventh, faithfulness eighth and self-control ninth...it begins with love and ends with self-control and that's how you let the L-rd handle how HE made us!!!
we have to stay within the lines and boundaries of love and self control and if by chance, we do color outside of the lines, the month of elul is the 30 day period to re-flect, re-make, re-create, re-fashion, re-form, re-pair, re-new, re-store, re-pent and re-turn to our original state and design as children of the Most High
G-d = El Elyon; to the Soverign Creator = Elohim, to our Master = Adonai and to our Savior and Re-Deemer = Yeshua HaMashiach, the L-rd Jesus Christ!
Be rightly re-lated to Him in this season, this "moadim", or set, appointed time and get righly re-lated with yourself and everyone in your sphere of influence, amein? amein vaya amein!
