HE fulfills; I fulfill...

Exo 23:26 There shall not be one miscarrying, nor one barren in your land. I will fulfill the number of your days.

Psa 20:4 He will give you according to your heart and He will fulfill all your plans.

Psa 20:5 We will rejoice in your Y'shua*, and in the name of our Elohim set up banners; may YAHWEH fulfill all your prayers.

Psa 145:19 He will fulfill the desire of the ones who fear Him; and He will hear their cry and save them.

Jer 33:14 Behold, the days come, says YAHWEH, that I will fulfill the good thing which I have promised to the house of Israel and to the house of Judah.

Rom 4:21 and felt assured, that what YAHWEH had promised to him, he was able to fulfill.

2Th 1:11 For which we also continually pray concerning you, that our Elohim would deem you worthy of the calling, and would fulfill all your desires which are for goodness, and the works of faith with power,

 
Ecc 5:4 When you vow a vow to Elohim, do not wait to fulfill it. For He has no pleasure in fools. Fulfill that which you have vowed.

YHVH FULFILLS:

the number of our days; our plans; our prayers; our desires if we fear Him; the good things He promises to us; and all of our desires

 WE FULFILL:

our vows; the whole Torah; the ministry; the royal law
