Act
15:18 The works of YAHWEH are known from eternity.
Act
15:19 For this reason I judge not to trouble those from the nations turning to
YAHWEH,
Act
15:20 but to write to them to abstain
from the pollutions of
idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and blood.
Act
15:28 For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us to put not one greater
burden on you than these necessary things:
Act
15:29 To abstain from idol sacrifices, and blood, and that
strangled, and from fornication; from which continually keeping
yourselves, you will do well. Be true in our Master.
1Th 4:1 For the rest, then brothers, we beg you
and we exhort in our Master Yeshua, even as you received from us how you ought
to walk and to please YAHWEH, that you abound more.

4:2 For you know what commands we gave you through the Master Yeshua.

4:3 For this is the will of YAHWEH, your sanctification, for you to abstain
from fornication,
1Th
4:4 each one of you to know to possess his vessel in sanctification and honor,
1Th
4:5 not in passion of lust, even as also the nations do, not knowing YAHWEH;

4:6 not to go beyond and to overreach his brother in the matter, because the
avenger concerning all these is YAHWEH, even as we told you before, and
solemnly testified.

4:7 For YAHWEH did not call us to uncleanness, but to holiness.
1Th
5:14 And we beseech you, my brethren, that you correct those that offend, and
encourage those who lack courage, and bear the burdens of the weak, and be
patient towards all men.
1Th
5:15 See that not any one returns evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue
the good, both towards one another and towards all men.

5:16 Rejoice always.
1Th
5:17 Pray without ceasing.
1Th
5:18 In everything give thanks, for this is the will of YAHWEH in Messiah
Yeshua toward you.

5:19 Do not quench the Spirit.
1Th
5:20 Do not despise prophecies.
1Th
5:21 Prove all things, hold fast that which is good.
1Th
5:22 Abstain from every form of evil.
1Th
5:23 And may the Elohim of peace Himself fully sanctify you, and may your whole
spirit and life and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Master Yeshua
Messiah.

5:24 Faithful is the One calling you, who also will perform it.
1Pe
2:9 But you are an elect race, a royal priesthood; a holy people, and a people
for possession; that you should proclaim the praises of him who called you out
of darkness to His precious light: (Ex. 19:5, 6)

2:10 you who then were "Not a people, but now are the people of YAHWEH;
who had not obtained mercy, but who now have mercies poured out upon you."
(Hos. 1:6, 9; 2:1, 23)

2:11 Beloved, I exhort you as pilgrims and strangers to abstain from
fleshly lusts which war against the soul;

2:12 and let your conduct be good before all men; so that they who speak evil
words against you, may see your good actions, and may glorify Elohim in the day
of trial.

2:13 Then Submit yourselves to all human authority for the sake of the
Almighty; whether to a king, because of their supreme power;
1Pe
2:14 and to judges, because by them officers are sent for the punishment of
offenders, and for the praise of them that do well.

aloof, that is,
(intransitively) abstain (from food and drink, from impurity, and even from
divine worship (that is, apostatize));
specifically to set
apart (to sacred purposes),
that is, devote: - consecrate, separate (-ing, self).
